I am a hardworking and responsible individual with almost three years of experience in the BPO industry. I specialize in providing email support - I worked as an email support rep for one of the leading tech companies worldwide and for a shopping app. 

I also worked as a snippet writer where I was tasked to create keyword-rich descriptions for various businesses and startups based in the US.

My most recent work experience was as a virtual assistant to an eBay US seller. My responsibilities involved finding hot products, creating new listings, managing inventory, processing orders, and more.
