I prepared and verified weekly payment proposals while actively coordinating with vendors and employees via email, telephone, and in person. In this role, I provided consistent payment status updates for all Unilab suppliers and employees, and routinely notified suppliers regarding check availability and disbursements. Additionally, I reconciled monthly Statements of Accounts (SOA) for high-volume vendors and facilitated the onboarding and technical training of incoming team members on Accounts Payable workflows. Throughout these tasks, I maintained professional composure and utilized diplomatic communication to resolve complex payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.

I have mastered both short- and long-term planning when it comes to achieving strategic goals. In my previous roles, I led volunteer missionaries and facilitated comprehensive training sessions, which included teaching budgeting concepts both in person and online. Additionally, I specialized in training and onboarding new, incoming volunteer missionaries from diverse nationalities, helping them transition smoothly into their roles.
