I’m a tech support specialist focused on QuickBooks Online. Over the past year, I took on a massive learning curve by supporting payroll for both US and Australian clients, while also handling core bookkeeping tasks.
Dealing with two completely different regions meant adapting fast. For US businesses, I sorted out state and federal tax errors, while for AU clients, I handled Single Touch Payroll and Superannuation. At the same time, I managed bank feeds, reconciliations, and cleared up ledger discrepancies to keep their books clean.
