I was exposed to both admin work and customer/employee relations with my previous job as a recruitment associate with Alorica Teleservices. As a recruiter, my main task is to conduct interviews and pull potential employees that will contribute to the company's growing demand and needs then onboard them to what to expect from the job they are applying for. I also regularly participated
in performance and hiring calibrations to ensure that the hiring requirements are met and attend regular meetings to ensure that the company's mission, vision and goal are followed. I consider myself a team player and valuable team member since i make sure that everyone in my team is involved and well motivated so that all of us can actively participate to the groups fulfillment to the given task.
