Hi,
I've been working in BPO company in Real Estate Industry field for more than 11 years. I started as Sales Agent for only 3 months. Then I was promoted as Title processor who is preparing title commitments for the different clients and was cross trained to different departments Order Entry tasks, Curative tasks, Policy preparation, etc. I was assigned as Title processor for more than 1 year. After the experience of being a Title processor I was assigned as Quality Control Specialist in the Title Department reviewing the generated commitments that the team are preparing. I was a QC for 3 years. Then when the company got an opportunity to put up its own abstracting or search department they assigned me as the Search Department Quality Control Specialist and lead 7 people to start. We are doing the property search Nationwide in US that involves all Legal documents such as Deeds, Mortgages, Judgments, Encumbrances, Probate Documents, Surveys, Plats, reviewing legal description etc. Then I became the Production Manager for both Title Department and Search Department for 7 years. I am with the team from onboarding the clients, training, Full process until solving the clients requests or complaints. I am knowledgeable in different SoftWare like Qualia, ResWare, PABs, SearchQore, etc.
