My name is Kenneth Cole Lacsina, and I am a Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies undergraduate with experience in customer service, online community management, education, and administrative support.
Most recently, I worked as an Online Community Engagement Specialist, where I managed high-volume communications, tracked customer interactions, maintained detailed records, and utilized AI tools to improve workflow efficiency. Prior to that, I served as an ESL Teacher and Executive Academic Leader, where I supervised teachers, managed academic documentation through Google Workspace, coordinated events, prepared reports, and supported daily operations. I also worked as a Language Assessor, evaluating and recording hundreds of student assessments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and as a Customer Service Representative for the Xfinity account, assisting customers with billing, technical, and account-related concerns.
Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in communication, organization, data management, customer support, and multitasking. I am proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, and various online collaboration tools. I am highly detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced remote environments.
I am available for night-shift work and am eager to contribute my skills while continuing to grow as a Virtual Assistant. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your team.
