General Virtual Assistant

Over my 2 years and 6 months in the role, I supported the planning, promotion, and execution of professional training programs and consulting services for diverse clients. My responsibilities included handling client inquiries, enrollment processing, participant tracking, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. I created marketing materials such as business letters, press releases, concept briefs, and presentation decks, while also preparing billing invoices and reports. I managed end-to-end training program operations, from concept development and marketing to onsite coordination, post-event documentation, and program closure. Additionally, I coordinated corporate governance and executive development programs, including Super Executive Assistants Training, while maintaining regular communication with top-level executives and clients. I also organized and facilitated in-house training initiatives, supported seminar logistics, registration, data capture, product sales, and equipment setup, ensuring the seamless delivery of workshops, seminars, and training events.
