I am a dedicated, detail-oriented and has a strong passion for providing exceptional administrative support. Focusing on email management, calendar management/scheduling, data entry, and web serach.

I am capable of handling administrative tasks such as email management, handling 50-100+ emails daily while maintaining zero missed message. I organize calendars using Google calendar, scheduling 20+ meetings, events, and travel plans while keeping it organize, well structured and no overlapping of each schedule. I also deliver accurate data entry, internet research, file organization, customer support, and document preparation. I am a fast learner, highly adaptable, and committed to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in every task assigned, ensuring 100% accuracy.

I work with the following tools: Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, ChatGPT, Gemini, Zoom, Google meet, Viber, Canva and Google Drive.

I am available full time work and can align with US Time Zones and UK Time Zones. I am open to a long term opportunities where I can consistently support daily operations and become a reliable part of your team.
