I am a BS Psychology graduate, Cum Laude, with experience in sales, human resources, leadership, and customer-facing roles. My background in psychology has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills, allowing me to understand people, communicate effectively, and build meaningful professional relationships.
Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have taken on leadership responsibilities, worked collaboratively with teams, and thrived in competitive environments where performance and results matter. My experience in sales taught me persistence, relationship-building, and how to stay composed under pressure, while my HR experience strengthened my organizational, communication, and people-management skills.
As a worker, I want to be known as someone who is reliable, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. I take pride in being someone who can learn quickly, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently deliver results while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Very proficient in terms of finding solutions through deduction and brainstorming. I excel in terms of making ideas that can benefit the workload efficiently.
Experience: Less than 6 months
My graduated course heavily supplements my skill in HR's nature as well as interning in one of the biggest construction companies in Cebu.
One of the strongest examples of my sales skills comes from my experience with Rockwell. Despite being relatively new to the real estate industry, I was able to become one of the top-performing sellers on our team and finished as the second-highest seller during one of our strongest months. The role required me to generate and follow up on leads, conduct client presentations, handle objections, build trust with prospective buyers, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Real estate sales is highly competitive and involves dealing with clients who are making significant financial decisions, so credibility, patience, and relationship-building were essential. What helped me succeed was my ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly, and remain persistent without being overly aggressive. I focused on building rapport, addressing concerns, and providing value rather than simply trying to close a sale. This approach allowed me to earn trust and achieve strong results despite having less experience than many others in the industry. I believe my sales performance demonstrates that I can adapt quickly, perform under pressure, and consistently work toward results in a target-driven environment.
