Profile Description

I am an Architecture graduate with hands-on professional practice in architectural design, project coordination, and construction documentation. Over the years I have developed strong spatial design sensibilities, technical drawing skills, and an ability to translate client needs into practical, buildable solutions. I remain actively involved in architectural work, contributing to concept development, site planning, and the production of detailed drawings and specifications that support successful project delivery.
In addition to my architectural experience, I bring a proven track record in customer support and technical assistance from my time as a call center agent. I specialized in internet troubleshooting and service turnups and cutovers, performed hardware installations (including new modem setups), and guided customers through configuration and connectivity issues. This role honed my problem-solving skills, patience, and clear communication—especially when explaining technical steps to nontechnical users.
