My first job was in a Community College as a SHS student, I taught Physics and research.
The next job I took was being a substitute JHS teacher in a public school. I taught Physics and livelihood education.
Moving on, I entered the BPO industry. I worked in Concentrix under the account Amazon. I was both a Customer and Technical Support Rep.
I took inbound calls for customer queries and concerns. I help them look for items on the platform and place an order. I also assisted and educated customers about their charge inquiries and if policy allows, I processed refund. Furthermore, on departments where there are subscriptions like Prime video, Kindle Unlimited, etc., I helped customers in gaining more knowledge about it, assisted in cancelling, processing a refund for it. I handled almost all of Amazon-manufactured devices and help/guide users in troubleshooting them.
My most recent job in the BPO industry was in TDCX under the account AIRBNB. I was first assigned and trained for Customer Education where I assisted users with their accounts, looking for a place to stay, booking a reservation and such. I was then promoted right away to Resolutions 1 in less than a
