I then got hired at an outsourcing company where I am currently working now as a corporate Talent Acquisition Associate. We do end to end recruitment to hire talented individuals in the Philippines to support our clients based in Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. I am assigned to hire primarily Finance and Accounting and Back Office roles.
On average, I handle around 7 requisitions per month. The headcount and role varies per requisition. My average turnaround time of closing requisitions is around 20 days.
I’ll admit I had limited experience hiring for these roles when I started with my current company. I am proud to say that I have consistently performed well since the beginning, always exceed the number of my monthly target hires, and my KPI every month is above average. I’ve also received commendations from clients, candidates, and my managers alike on my performance.
