Calendar & Email Management for Busy Professionals

Currently work at a fitness studio where part of our job is to book people in, make sure people who missed earlier courses can chance for any within the day (by providing to them the schedules with opposites for chancing), deal with late cancellations, calling waitlist if there are available slots, and the like

assists instructors and clients when they are in need of something inside the fitness studio i am currently working in. for clients: issues with accounts, email inquiries, phone inquiries, general inquiries. for instructors: making playlists, feedbacks on the workouts, deciding themes, making sure everyone who checked in is settled in their class, doing their class count, reminding them of first timers, beginners and people who said they have injuries
