Profile Description

I am a hardworking and detail-oriented professional with one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant. I specialize in data entry, record keeping, and financial processing.
I am skilled in accurate daily cash reconciliation, weekly payroll preparation in Excel for a team of 6, managing records for over 80 customers, and handling 15 to 25 customer inquiries daily via phone and text. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

I  completed the Virtual Assistance Career Starter certification from Coursera – Mapua Malayan Digital College in June 2025.
I prefer part-time Data Entry or Virtual Assistant work of 3 to 4 hours per day, but I am also open to full-time roles with shifting schedules. I am ready to start immediately. I have my own reliable setup with dedicated computer, UPS backup, stable high-speed internet, and quiet workspace. I already have complete requirements: NBI Clearance, BIR Registration, Philippine National ID, and Certificate of Employment.

I am a fast learner, willing to be trained, and committed to long-term employment. Eager to support US-based companies with accurate data entry and admin tasks.
