Profile Description

I'm a Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer with over [X] years of experience supporting businesses in e-commerce, computer networking, real estate, and customer operations. I work best with clients who need someone reliable, multi-skilled, and easy to communicate with — without the need for micromanagement.

As a Virtual Assistant, I currently support a real estate broker with full personal assistant duties — managing her email, calendar, property research, data management, and monthly scheduling. I'm comfortable owning tasks independently and keeping things organized across multiple platforms, including Calendly, Google Workspace, Office 365, and Slack.

I also have hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, and email support for brands in computer networking, e-commerce, Airbnb, 3D software, and SEO. My niche is e-commerce and computer networking, so if you're in either of those spaces, I already speak your language.

As a Graphic Designer, I create social media graphics, presentations, and infographics using Canva and Photoshop. I also do video editing through CapCut/VivaCut for short-form content. My portfolio is available on Canva — I'm happy to share it upon request.

Beyond VA and design work, I bring a leadership background as a former Team Lead, QA Analyst, Trainer, and Reports Analyst across eight different accounts. That means I don't just execute tasks — I understand how teams and operations work, which makes me a sharper, more proactive assistant.
