I'm a Virtual Assistant from Bataan, Philippines, with a genuine love for keeping things organized and helping teams run smoothly. I've worn a few hats over the years — from encoding thousands of records to managing full recruitment cycles — and every role taught me something new about doing the work right the first time.

I started out as an encoder — and honestly, that's where I learned how much the details matter. Spending over a year making sure every record was accurate and every database was clean gave me a discipline I carry into everything I do today. From there, I moved into recruitment, which pushed me into a completely different gear: talking to people, understanding what they need, and matching the right fit.

I've also had the chance to support administrative work in the oilfield services industry, handling documentation and coordinating teams through project-based setups. Throw in six VA certifications I completed this year — covering everything from social media to Facebook ads — and I feel ready to take on remote work that's actually meaningful. I work independently, I communicate clearly, and I take real pride in handing over work that doesn't need to be redone.
