I used to worked before as admin assistant at Jeddah, KSA in one of the biggest hospital based company. My key responsibilities as admin assistant is to ensure all the administrative workload for Medical staff within the department are typed and distributed as per department needs, in a timely manner, e.g. memos, letters, agendas, minutes of the meetings, rotas, internal policies and procedures, presentations, activity reports and lectures schedules. I am also in charge in all HR related issues. I also know how to used MS. PowerPoint,MS Word, MS Excel and I have basic SEO knowledge. I also worked as HR Virtual Admin Assistant and my main job is to do credentialing for the newly hired applicants especially medical staff. I used to worked also Customer Client Care and Virtual Assistant in some various companies US/Canada based. I can speak and write English proficiently and can work with less supervision. I want a long term job that will help to build the company and to work with a team of passionate people and be a part of something greater, bigger than myself.
