Profile Description

I'm Dwayne and I am from Iligan City, Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and currently taking my Master's degree as well in the same field.

I have several work experiences both in the academe and in the business field. I have been a Customer Support Representative, a Technical Support Representative, a Subject-Matter Expert, a Program Ready Trainer, a freelance SEO Backlinking Specialist, a Senior High School Math Instructor, Executive Assistant to the CEO and recently a Dispatch Manager.

During my times as a General Virtual Task, I have been exposed to some CRM Tools, such as ASANA, Connectwise, Quosal, Salesforce. And other tools related to work such as GSuite, Microsoft Office, RingCentral, and Canva. My tasks include the following but not limited to: 

-Email Management
-Presentation making
-Appointment Setting
-Calendar Management
-Data Entry
-Ticket Dispatching
- Salesforce Tasks
-Graphic Design (Brochure, leaflets, etc)
-Coordinate meetings both internal and external
-Provides Assistance to company employees
-Manages CEO's Calendar bookings, meetings, seminar/webinars
-Assist in the day to day works in Operations to maintain productivity
-Collaborate with employees and execute Admin Level Relationship.

Above mentioned are just some highlights of my tasks as a General Virtual Assistant, and I am still looking forward to develop and enhance my skills to its maximum.
