A Licensed Customs Broker in the Philippines with over 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, and Logistics Operations. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in managing end-to-end import, export, cross-trade, airfreight, seafreight, and road freight operations across international markets.

With more than 6 years of hands-on experience using the CargoWise system and EDI platforms, I progressed from a Data Entry Specialist to Team Coach and eventually Team Leader, leading offshore logistics teams supporting companies in Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, South Africa, and other regions. My background includes operational management, client coordination, shipment monitoring, invoicing, quotations, reporting, process improvement, and team development.

Currently serving as a Logistics Team Leader for Airland Logistics A/S, I oversee daily freight forwarding operations across multiple international branches while ensuring efficient workflow, high service quality, and continuous operational improvement. I am passionate about optimizing logistics processes, solving operational challenges, and empowering teams to achieve outstanding results in fast-paced global supply chain environments.
