Started my professional career as a licensed secondary education teacher for 2 years. Through this experience, I have obtained my enthusiasm in developing and mentoring people and help them be closer with their aspirations. I am a goal-getter by nature which led me to the decision of moving into the BPO industry last 2014. As of current, I have a solid 10 years BPO working experience which is full of learning and gained skills in the fields of eCommerce, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Capacity/Supply Management, Customer Service (Voice, Chat and Email), and Content Management. I am currently affiliated with Accenture Inc. and performs the role of an Operations Manager. 
I am a passionate leader and works effectively in collaboration with other tea ---------- mbers. I am an effective risk mitigator by assessing process loopholes and provide meaningful insights for improvement. I am highly dependable as I can work independently and deliver high quality results.
