Overwhelmed healthcare teams often spend valuable time on documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks instead of focusing on what matters most—patient care. I enjoy helping healthcare providers take that time back by offering reliable, detail-oriented remote support.

My journey began as a student nurse, where I was first exposed to the fast-paced hospital environment and the importance of both patient care and accurate documentation. Moreover, I gained hands-on experience caring for 5–10 patients per shift while supporting healthcare teams in delivering safe and efficient care.

Throughout my clinical experience, I worked closely with multidisciplinary teams and developed strong skills in electronic health records (EHR), medical documentation, patient coordination, and handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure.

Over time, I discovered that I genuinely enjoy the administrative and coordination side of healthcare—ensuring records are accurate, workflows are organized, and processes run smoothly behind the scenes. This led me to specialize in Healthcare Virtual Assistance.

Today, I support healthcare providers with medical documentation, EHR management, appointment scheduling, patient communication, and HIPAA-compliant administrative tasks. I also use tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine clinical knowledge with strong administrative and digital skills, allowing me to provide accurate, reliable, and organized support to healthcare teams.
