My 10 years experiences as a leader within the Customer Service and BPO industry includes practices in people management, outsourcing and HR Shared Services Operations. I have managed to utilize programs/applications such as MS applications to Visio, Workday and Zendesk.

I have loved administrative related tasks as this is where I can practice my ability to be keen to details, to learn and implement rules of operational systems and to continuously enhance my emotional intelligence as I work with different types of people. I can also share my skills and knowledge with the following;

1. Administrative
• Data Entry in Word, or Google Docs
• Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)

Email Management/Filtering
• File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
• Taking down minutes of meetings
• Answering support tickets (with the use of Zendesk)
• Gather and analyze Workday metrics/volume to identify any area of opportunity to continuously improve employee satisfaction
• Review and approve all process documentation updates

• Booking appointments with clients
• Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)

• Making Reports (Creating basic reports: reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)

• Handle scheduling and delegate daily tasks

• Handle communication with clients (HR Leader, HR Business Partners, Process Owners, Subject Matter Expert) for any process improvement proposal, process changes or project status
• Manage team’s incoming work and any open balance for the day including peaks & valley, and seasonal processing
• Ensure that business control guidelines are followed and implemented by practitioners for their respective process areas and performed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) whenever required and ensure all action items are closed on time• Handle Security related activities such as Continued Business Need, Quarterly Employee Validation and Compliance testing
