I support small to mid-sized business owners with accurate and organized bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel by handling bank reconciliation, sales and expenses tracking, and accounts payable and receivable so they can focus on growing their business.
I am a graduating Mechanical Engineering student currently transitioning into bookkeeping, with hands on training in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. I can record and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, track income and expenses, and prepare simple financial reports. I am comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining clean and accurate financial data.
I am detail oriented, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines. I take pride in keeping records organized and making sure everything is accurate and up to date. I am also eager to learn and open to feedback so I can continuously improve and better support your business.
