I can serve documents to parties via email, fax using RingCentral, via mail using iMail, and Personal Service via First Legal, DDS, and One Legal platform. I can also send out those court documents for filing via DDS, First Legal, and One Legal. 

Aside from that, I can also retrieve the hearings, deadlines, case dockets, and case documents in the courts of different counties using their websites. case documents put them into the file using MyCase case management system, Prolaw, Docuhub, smartsheet, or Zoho. 

I can perform admin tasks as well such as editing, arranging, adding signatures, requesting signatures using DocuSign, and bate stamping documents using Adobe Pro DC. Checking calendars, and adding deadlines and hearings in the Atty’s calendar, retrieving ZOOM Link, Telephonic Appearances using courtcall, and other hearing links using court websites. Setting up Zoom calls/conferences for the attorney and client as well as profiling opposing counsels using Zeekbeek or Reliaguide and all other things or tasks necessary to assist the Attorneys and for the smooth workflow of their cases.
