Began my journey in the BPO industry back in 2012. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a BPO industry for almost 3 years and I am currently employed in another but have plans on leaving soon to focus on working at home so I could also spend more time with my wife to whom I am married for 7 years and our 6 year old daughter.
I have recently taken passion in doing administrative and back-office tasks for my current company and probably have left the field of Customer Service for a while now.
