Profile Description

I am an aspiring Executive Assistant with hands-on experience in administrative support, documentation, coordination, and financial record management through government office internships and academic leadership roles.

I have worked as a Virtual Operation Assistant in an Australian business owner where I handles emails, inbound and outbound calls, managing the booking register, making SOP's and invoicing using XERO.

I have worked also in Municipal Budget and Accounting Offices where I handled official records such as obligation requests, journal vouchers, cashbooks, and document tracking systems. I also supported inter-department coordination and office administrative tasks requiring accuracy and confidentiality.

In addition, I served as a Student Leader in college where I organized meetings, managed communication between officers and students, and supported school events and documentation tasks.

I was recognized as a “Model SPES Worker (2025)” for excellent performance in administrative and financial documentation tasks, and received a Certificate of Recognition for leadership in the BSBA Department and Student Council.

I am proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools for productivity and task management.

I am open to remote work supporting clients in US, UK, and European timezones and willing to work night shifts if required.
