Profile Description

I began working in the BPO industry in 2009. For 6 years, I worked as a customer service representative for a telephone company based in the USA and Australia, where my main task was to assist customers with their billing concerns, technical issues on the phone, and other inquiries about the service.

I also gained experience as an inside sales representative for 5 years at a logistics company based in the USA. My daily tasks involved making outbound calls to businesses to offer the service and communicating with customers who preferred to receive quotes via email. I closely monitored every shipment of my customers and worked closely with terminals and dispatchers.

In 2020, I became a telephone banker for 2 years, supporting one of the biggest banks in the USA as a fraud analyst. I helped customers file disputes on some charges and assisted them with online transactions that included wire transfers, checks, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

In 2022, I got hired as a virtual assistant supporting the back office of a generator company based in the USA. I help manage schedules of technicians, create contracts, and transfer files from Google Calendar to Zoho CRM. And at the same time I work as a Property manager focusing in Maintenance side

I make sure that I am flexible and able to meet any needs of my clients. Recently, I took a refresher course in bookkeeping and learned simple Canva design.
