My career started in customer service and the interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills I've gotten from it remain at the heart of everything I do in my personal and professional life. I approach the most chaotic situations with the end goal in mind- to get to the root cause of the problem and arrive at the best solution. I believe this is why I'm an efficient eCommerce manager and a proactive entrepreneur.

I'm flexible, organized, resilient, and highly trainable with a can-do Upgrade to see actual info's either I know how to do something or I will find out how. I'm confident that if I am tasked to do something unfamiliar or use a program or tool I haven't worked with before, it wouldn't take too long to train Upgrade to see actual info fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most things that I know now. I work best independently and require minimal supervision once I've learned the ropes.
