I was hired as a cold caller at a US lead generation company in June 2021 and promoted to Operations Manager within 2 months. Over the next 3+ years, my partner and I built the team from 6 people to 60 active callers producing 100 qualified leads per day for realtors across the US. I owned the full operation — SOPs, hiring, attendance, payroll, KPI monitoring, quality assurance, and daily team management. When the company was acquired, I was retained through the transition and expanded the operation into a Medicare healthcare account.

Previously, I completed a contract role as an SDR for a US-based cybersecurity MSP, doing outbound cold calling to law firm Managing Partners — a completely different vertical that I ramped into quickly and executed independently. I have also done contract content work for a US speaker bureau — LinkedIn strategy, Canva graphics, and ghostwriting for professional audiences.
