Administrative & Operations Support Specialist

My experience was mostly related to construction here in the Philippines where I know terms, processes, and experienced on how a construction project works.

I am familiar of this tool as I used it for personal budget tracker, doing a program flow, and other basic use of Microsoft Excel. I also know basic formulas like filters, sorting, linking, and other formulas for a tracker.

I can create simple trackers, clean data, organize tables, use basic formulas, and maintain spreadsheets for reports, lists, and task monitoring.

I can convert my professional experiences in doing administrative support works.

I have been using this for publication materials design for church activities and events. Also, for presentations.

I have been using this for research, quick information, automation assistance, and helper by creating prompts and creating persona.

Documentation has always been a part of my job in the past 5 years.

I use Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, and Forms to organize files, prepare documents, track information, and support daily admin tasks.

I can communicate updates, track requests, organize information, and help keep tasks moving between clients, teams, and stakeholders.

I can create clear folder structures, organize files by category, rename documents properly, and make shared drives easier to navigate.

Been using for personal use like reminder of tasks and events.

I can enter, clean, and organize data accurately using spreadsheets, forms, and online systems. My engineering background trained me to be careful with details.

I can research information, organize findings, summarize key details, and present results clearly for business or admin use.
