I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, hands-on clinical experience, and more than 8 years of experience supporting clients in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

My experience includes medical appointment scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, medical transcription, SOAP notes, customer support, and HIPAA-compliant administrative tasks. I am trained in EHR workflows and healthcare documentation processes.

The tools I use include Open EHR, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Loom, Canva, ChatGPT, Grammarly.

I am available for full-time or part-time work and can work across U.S. EST/PST, UK GMT, and Australian AEST time zones. I work remotely from the Philippines (GMT+8) with a dedicated home office, stable fiber internet connection, backup internet, and power backup setup.
