Profile Description

Runs & analyzes daily, weekly, monthly and annual quality reports and Qfiniti reports for
the department. These high-level dashboards are being forwarded to our Shareholders
and management.
Uses tools/platforms like Excel (Power Query for automation, PivotTable, Charting,
Conditional Formatting, Data Cleaning/Validation, Sorting/Filtering, Formulas),
Sharepoint, Qfiniti (recording tool used by my previous company), SQL and Power BI
Collaborates with other Departments thru meeting, trainings and mentorship programs
Administers routine maintenance of Qfiniti (call recording tool used by UHG).
Resolves Call recording issues (Qfiniti Troubleshooting)
Identifies errors by auditors, fixes, provides coaching, and re-runs reports
Updates and maintains Quality SharePoint.
Designs/Creates/Manages SharePoint (all administrative / creation functions).
