Profile Description

I gained an 8-year experience in the BPO industry as a call center agent, in which I've handled multiple lines of business such as inbound and outbound calls, emails, chat support, back-office, and ticketing systems. In my most recent BPO company, I was able to partially lead the team, join crucial meetings with the operations management, and even organize team buildings for the team. I also had the opportunity to manage business queues and check if the right employees were in the right queues at the right time. I ensure that if there are challenges, I give helpful feedback so we can improve our system and management. 
After leaving the BPO industry, I joined freelancing and gained experience managing Twitter accounts for a Marketing Agency. In this role, aside from doing my regular tasks, I led the team, analyzed data for the business, and helped plan the operations' schedule for better productivity. I have been coordinating with my client regarding any challenges so we can plan strategies to make efficient results.
