Profile Description

I am a licensed professional teacher and licensed chemist with extensive experience in both secondary education and academic research. I currently serve as a Master Teacher I at San Roque National High School, where I have progressed through the ranks from Teacher I to Master Teacher since 2016. Over the years, I have handled both classroom teaching and leadership roles, including serving as Guidance Teacher, Grade 10 Level Chairman, and Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Person. These roles have strengthened my skills in student support services, program coordination, and school-wide initiative implementation.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Santo Tomas, complemented by graduate-level studies in education and management. I have completed the academic requirements for a Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management at the National Teachers College and am currently pursuing a Diploma in Teaching Values Education at the Philippine Normal University. My qualifications are further reinforced by passing the National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (2023), reflecting my readiness for instructional leadership and school administration responsibilities.
Prior to my work in basic education, I gained valuable experience as a University Research Assistant at the National Institutes of Health and as a faculty member at private higher education institutions, which honed my research, analytical, and instructional skills. I am deeply committed to holistic student development, values education, and guidance services, and I actively contribute to community and church-based ministries.
