I've been in the BPO industry for 6 years before I switched to doing home-based type of jobs and projects, I recently worked as an HR Associate for a Shipping company based in the U.S, and my daily task is to call and chat with people who are interested in job vacancies in our company, after few months I got promoted as a Supervisor where I manage the packages and our couriers via phone calls, chats, and email daily. I also worked before as an Inside Sales Agent/ Appointment Setter for a group of realtors in New York.  I am a results-oriented individual, I can assure you that you will see numbers and exceed your expectations. As an individual who can maintain high quality and standards, I know I will contribute growth and results to your business and be a great asset to the company. I am a vocal person, when I do not know a certain thing, I will always ask. Great communication in English is one of my assets to get the job done.
