Profile Description

I've been in the call center industry for more than 9 years. I have encountered the worst possible scenarios you could ever imagine which made me stronger and molded me on how to handle different types of people. As a customer service representative, I've handled billing, general inquiry, upselling, technical support, and content moderator. As a technical support specialist, I've done troubleshooting home phone, internet, tv, and cell phones. I am experienced in phone, email, and chat support using software/systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, CRM, Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, and X-Lite. My goal is to provide professionalism in every aspect of job duties such as honesty, reliability, and accountability. I can work with less supervision and figure things out whenever possible. I want a long-term stable job where I can help you build your business.
