I am an AMAZING, FULL CHARGED and ROCKSTAR Bookkeeper/Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in the accounting field. I am a Certified XERO and well versed in Quickbooks Online.
I'd love to help you with your accounting so you can save time, money and energy and focus more on growing your business.
Here's what I can do:
Bookkeeping tasks include but are not limited to :
-Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss report
-Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
-Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
-Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits
-Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions
-Update interbank transfers
-Prepares any adjusting entries needed
-Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards to statements
-Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records
-Creating bills,sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders,etc.
Setup Quickbooks or XERO file including:
-Customized chart of accounts
-Upload historical transactions from bank data
-Assistance with setup of any necessary third-party integration tools
-Customized Reporting
Monthly financial reporting including:
-Balance Sheet
-Profit and Loss Statement
-Month to month comparisons whenever applicable
