Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for almost 3 years. My first job was with IBM Daksh, where I worked there as one of their Customer Service Representatives(Account is Bell Canada). I stayed there for 7 months. My job there is to activate Smartcards for a customer's Satellite TV Receiver. The next job I had was being a Customer Service Associate for Convergys Corporation(Account is CitiCards US(credit cards)). My job is to take care of customer's inquiry, complaints, balance transfers, late fee/finance charges waiving, as well as closing a sale. I stayed with Convergys for 1 year and 2 months. After being with Convergys, I was hired by 24/7 Customer Philippines to be one of their Technical Support Representative. I mainly provide tech support for Optus Customers. Optus is a telco company from Australia. With Optus, I specifically provide tech support only to iPhone users, and also handle or escalate complaints regarding the service.
I'm a proficient web researcher, I can locate hard to find files/articles from the internet. Because of my experience with call centers, I'm pretty good in data encoding.
