Profile Description

I work as a home based Team Leader/VA for a client. I handle agents who offer items to Amazon reviewers in several Facebook groups. 

I've been in the BPO industry for over 7 years starting as an agent and made my way up to my position as a Team Leader over the years. Working as an Email and Chat Support Representative and doing back-office jobs for various call centers have trained me in so many facets of this industry. I've become adept in communicating with different kinds of people and helped me to become proficient in using different tools needed for my line of work.
