Profile Description

I bring strong Mandarin communication skills combined with hands-on experience in high-volume customer support. In my previous role as a Healthcare VA, I handled 50–60 calls daily, resolving most customer concerns within 2–3 minutes by quickly identifying issues and providing clear, direct solutions.
In addition to calls, I managed 80+ emails per day, including customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams as an Executive VA. I maintained fast response times while ensuring accuracy and professionalism across all communications.
I am used to working in fast-paced environments where efficiency, organization, and consistency are critical. I take ownership of my work, minimize repeat issues, and make sure tasks are completed without constant supervision.
