Been working as Call center agent for almost 9 years as a World-class Customer Service Representative in my previous employment, been dealing with customer associated with Telecommunication companies such as T-Mobile account that handled Billing, Technical Support, Escalation,and email and also the same with Comcast Cable service. Another account is Net spend Debit Card I handled Billing concerns and more on assisting customer on how to activate their cards and handled Billing issues. And also work with Grupon account that handles Customer who need to set up appointment with their gift cards. And lastly Honk Roadside Assistance been doing a lot of outbound calls, setting up appointments, looking for available Service provider to help our stranded client to get their vehicle up and running. And Recently I worked two project in Up work as appointment setter use Zen desk as tools and been a blast working with this clients, but this is just for short time because they no longer need extra people to work with them it is offered as a par time job. An i used to work as a Real Estate Agent recently with Big Apple Home buyers real Estate company and also Real Property REI. For all this experience I learned a lot especially how to handle clients easily. With all this special skills that I have I learn how multi-task, and become a computer literate, outstanding communication skills and I could work under pressure and flexible in terms of schedule. and no issue in terms of reliability, I always make sure I’m on top of everything especially in making decision,  I finish my work accurately, make sure I finish my work on time and precise.
