Hi. I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate. I also earned 6 unites in Masters in Management. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years. My job is to:
- book, reschedule, cancel appointments.
- answer concerns via phone call,
- troubleshoot app
- adding tips and promo code
- Assist clients on how to register in the system
Given my Customer Service experience, I know how important it is to value each of the customer and give them the best service that they need. Make sure that their concerns are heard and resolving issue.
Also, I worked as a cold caller/lead generation for 9 months. My job is to call potential clients and offer the products that we sell.
I am a fast learner who is eager to continue gaining knowledge in order to provide my clients with quality and up-to-date services catered towards their needs.
