I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone, email, sms or chat. I have experience in CRM Tools such as Siebel, Launchpad, HubSpot, Zendesk and SalesForce. I am also experience working with Google Tools and am eager to learn to use new tools that get the job done.
I meat deadlines and deliver promises. I can work well with the team and Upgrade to see actual infone that gives the company the confidence that I do my responsibilities even not monitored closely.
