I have worked for more than 2 years as a customer service representative and and the experience that I have gained from my employment is definitely an advantage on my part. Working in a fast paced environment had been a day to day task so meeting deadlines is definitely not an issue for me. I am someone who can follow instructions very easily. I can work with minimal supervision as I have demonstrated from my previous employment.
My background includes the following:
• desktop remote access
• email configuration
• removing of virus, malware and unwanted software
• MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• virtual assistant for more than 2 years
• email/chat support
• article writing/content writing/article submission
• data entry/data encoding
• technical and customer service
As a person, I am a very hardworking individual; I can work with large groups, I am cooperative and craving to learn a lot. I'm highly committed, tenacious and a resilient person who is able to understand quickly a client's need and be able to organize a company's resources to satisfy the requirements. I'm a person who is open to challenges that will test my ability. I've a reputation of being a fast learner, someone who is dependable, organized and most of all, I'm computer savvy. I am therefore in serious pursuit of finding a job as an enthusiastic applicant. I have long prepared myself for a career on the tasks that I’ve mentioned above.
