I am a licensed Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) from the Philippines with experience in clinical nutrition, patient counseling, hospital dietary management, and nutrition education. I am passionate about helping individuals develop sustainable, healthy habits through evidence-based nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, and personalized support.

My experience includes conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, creating individualized meal plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting medical records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. I have worked with patients managing chronic conditions such as kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, and malnutrition, allowing me to provide compassionate and practical coaching tailored to each person's needs.
