Worked as a Tech Service Rep with Henry Schein Practice Solutions supporting Dentrix Dental System and Easy Dental. Assisted the practice's IT in setting up servers and workstation and also in upgrading their database remotely. Fixed errors if any. Assisted customers with billing and technical inquiries while working with SIRIUS|XM. Accurately taking notes on each calls received. Assisted customers thru emails and chat. Has been an executive secretary for a church Upgrade to see actual infotting up meetings, reminders and also making sure that files are up-to-date. I also have a basic photo and video editing skills. I can also create logos using the Adobe Illustrator. A background in MS Excel or Google Sheets if needed. I also can manage your pages on FB and Instagram.
