I have been working since 2008, into different industries-- Food and Retail industries for months, mostly in the bank industry for more than 4 years. Presently now under a new one- BPO. This may prove that I am adaptive to whatever working environment that is given me. Aside from that, I was also able to work abroad for six months as an intern, so I am confident to say that I can work with different types of people, from different nationalities and culture.
I was 18 and was on my 3rd year in college when I underwent a six-month international training in Singapore. There I was a Retail Assistant, giving me experience in Customer Service, Retail and Merchandising. I also worked as a Counter Person in Dunkin Donuts for 10 months (while studying), also added my experience in Customer Service and Retail. After college, I worked as a Loans Coordinator for a bank. My job included- among other responsibilities- motorcycle loan processing, input and processing of customer's data in the bank's system and rendering credit decisions whether to approve a customer or not, based on the bank's policies and criteria's. My latest job is under IBM Business Services, giving me a glipse of another industry which is BPO. Presently, I am working as an Finance and Admin Analyst and am on my 2nd year in the company.
“It definitely helped transform my business and take a significant load off for me.”
