I've been a various support like Technical Support MSP/ Service Desk  MSP/ Customer Service in the BPO industry for more than 20 years now and I fully understand the importance of a great communication. I can provide email, chat, ticket and phone support. My willingness to learn never fails me to move forward. Calm, attentive, easy to work with, got a positive attitude and focused. Lastly, I always aim to provide a world class customer service experience to all my customers and I am working to please my employer because I know that success begins from gratitude.
