I recently worked as a Virtual Assistant for an IT company for 3 years. My tasks include creating tickets from inbound calls or email requests. Exporting data from CRM via Excel and generating reports. Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues. Creating report templates using JSON in Ekahau Wireless Survey. Drawing areas in maps in Ekahau Wireless Survey. Generating Ekahau Wireless Survey reports. I am also keen on learning new tasks whether using the company's training materials or doing research.    

I also work with printer and network-related issues including service desk support, and my goal is to provide a quality type of work and approach my clients in a friendly manner to build a good relationship with them not as a business partner but as a friend work with any of their IT related issues.
