I am an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual who has over 3 years of experience in giving professional and efficient and high-quality service to various call center companies. I catered companies in the US like Sprint, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley mainly in providing excellent customer service. I have handled customers concerns be it with the product or the services that the company offers. In Sprint we handle customer inquiries with their service offering products and collecting payments as well. While in Microsoft, I basically do customer service while being a knowledgeable technical associate. We deal with customers issue with their software and their products mainly on fixing or troubleshooting any technical problem and also up-selling with our newest product or service and same thing with Morgan Stanley. With those years of experience, I have learned a lot especially when it comes to dealing with customers issues working under pressure and still providing excellent customer service.
I am skilled in communicating with clients over phone and email. I also have experience with Live Chat Support and am eager to learn to use any new tools that get the job done well.
