I am a Real Estate VA and Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience managing high-value international clients, digital lead generation pipelines, and end-to-end administrative operations for premium property businesses.


My background is unusual for a VA: before entering the freelance market, I served as Country Manager for Vistaland & Lifescapes Inc., overseeing a portfolio across three luxury property brands and managing 50+ OFW and international investors directly. I understand real estate, client management, and business operations from the inside.

WHAT I BRING TO YOUR TEAM:

Real Estate VA: Lead generation via Facebook Ads Manager, Lamudi, and Carousell; CRM management; investor onboarding; transaction documentation; virtual presentations.

Executive Support: Calendar management across US/UK/AU time zones, email triage, data entry, document processing, SOP creation, and cross-team coordination.

Financial Admin: Bookkeeping via QuickBooks Online (Pro Advisor Certified) and Xero (Certified Associate L1)

TOOLS I USE: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Facebook Ads Manager, Lamudi, Carousell, Zoom, Loom, Calendly, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Canva, Gemini, ChatGPT.

I am seeking a full-time remote role with a US, UK, or AU-based team. I am available during US business hours (EST or PST) and am open to night shift and weekend coverage. I am looking for a long-term position where I can grow with your organization, not just fill a short-term gap.
